This PR includes the videotexture plugin in the cer.sdf, in order to have face expressions enabled in simulation.

As shown, the user needs to run faceExpressionImage and do:

yarp connect /faceExpressionImage/image:o /SIM_CER_ROBOT::head_link::head_link_visual
