Cer sim files for the Rp3 Lidar that was installed to R1SN004. The Gaussian noise is set to represent the theoretical specs from the manufacturer (hopefully).

The changes to the PR are basically not having a duplicate of all the config files, only those that are different, and a merge with the latest fixes for the tripod.
