Update Ignition installation link to Fortress in README #409

Hello Now i switch link to installation instructions for Fortress ignition according to v1.3.0 I dont know so well, but if gym-ignition now supports both Edifice andFortress` ignition versions Edifice-link should be added too.

Thanks @movefasta, it seems a leftover from #383. I'm not sure if the project compiles and works as expected with Edifice, I remember we did some change to the Physics system that could break the compatibility. In any case, using different distributions than what reported in our Support Policy is not officially supported, but it might work in particular cases.
