Missing plugins on ergocub-software #137

With https://github.com/icub-tech-iit/ergocub-software/pull/230 we started introducing the support for the new version of Gazebo through gz-sim-yarp-plugins. Anyhow some of the features are still missing. This applies to all models contained in https://github.com/icub-tech-iit/ergocub-software.

Here's a list to avoid forgetting:
