Add CI for compilation on multiple platforms (Linux, macoOS, Windows) #29

This PR adds compilation of the library aganst dependencies on Linux, macOS and Windows, installing the dependencies via the conda-forge conda channel.

As compilaton on Windows was not working, also added the following fixes:
