Correct humanSubject08_66dof file to 66 DoF #16

In some recent tests I discovered the file humanSubject08_66dof.urdf is actually a 48 DoF file. This originated from the commit https://github.com/robotology/human-gazebo/commit/eebc2048f9cce49d99c1e8907a140df83455a4bb.
