Add hands COM frames to missing models #30

This PR to cover the missing hands COM frames after https://github.com/robotology/human-gazebo/pull/25.

This PR fixes https://github.com/robotology/human-gazebo/issues/26.

The frames were added also to the xx_noJointLimit and xx_colored models.

humanSubject01_66dof-bkp.urdf was removed.
