OpenCV dependency is not documented in the README #30

OpenCV is required by the pf3dtracker (See https://github.com/robotology/icub-basic-demos/blob/0a30499ceff8b240f4b5b78a6255c1b643916565/pf3dTracker/CMakeLists.txt#L11) but this dependency is not documented in the README.
