This PR is a cleanup of the projects of mtb4 and mtb4c that:

adds SWO debugging capabilities by initializing in the correct way the pin PB3 inside the stm32hal libraries.
simplifies the application project of the mtb4c by using the multi-sda source files already available for the mtb4.

As it is just a cleanup and it does not add new functionalities it is not necessary to generate new binaries.
