Add required validation in drop down menu

As of now I can see 2 options:

  1. merge this PR hoping that the user always makes the correct selection
  2. Do not merge this PR and prevent the GH from replacing the title when the selection is ("None" or the ,coming soon, "Other Setup" item selected)
