Hi @carloscp3009, @fbiggi and I replaced the broken tendon with a new one with a larger diameter (0.9mm instead of 0.81mm). We also replaced the intact tendon with the one with a larger diameter (0.9mm).
The robot has been tested and it works properly now! Closing!

Request/Failure description
Today, we were conducting some experiments with the robot which imply controlling all the joints (Neck included). At certain point the arms started shaking (we are still figuring out if it is caused by the systems tested), and then the neck tendon broke. Here some additional images and video:
