Request/Failure description

During the last experimental campaign, one of the neck wire exited the guide. Would it be possible to fix it?

Detailed context

We were performing iRonCub experiments and the neck wire exited the guide, most likely due to the jerk of the robot moving around during the experiment

How does it affect you?

Would be better to fix it for iRonCub experiments
