Update tests to use Gazebo (default) #63

The Distro 2022.11.0 will be the last one providing iCub_SIM (check the announcement).

Thus, we're required to update all those tests that now rely on iCub_SIM (if there are any) to the use of Gazebo instead and clean up any leftovers.
