Fix CI #25

Furthermore, add at least a weekly scheduled job so we realize when the CI is broken by external conditions.

Not the same reason for which the issue was opened, but now the CI is failing with error:

  - package gst-plugins-base-1.20.3-hf6a322e_0 requires alsa-lib >=1.2.6.1,<1.2.7.0a0, but none of the providers can be installed
