Fix hyperref link in README.md #1108

This PR has the aim to fix the hyperref links in the README basing on the current structure of the iDynTree docs.

For what regards the link to Koroibot, as the domain koirobot.eu does not exist anymore, it has been substituted with the link to the website describing the project.
