Switch to xorg-* packages instead of CDT #1158

I also added xorg-libxrandr to the packages required, hopefully this should fix https://github.com/robotology/idyntree/issues/1156 .

It seems that just xorg-libx11 and xorg-libxrandr are actually necessary.
