Building fails without the dependency on OpenCV. Don't ask me why it fails now and not earlier ;).

Thanks @Tobias-Fischer for noticing. However ${OpenCV_LIBRARIES} is more standard than ${OpenCV_LIBS}, thus closing this PR and fixing this way.
