Upgrade robots to the latest NWS/NWC layers - 12 #349

This PR modifies XML files for the following robots :

iCubGrenoble01
iCubLethbridge01
iCubLugano01
iCubMunich01
iCubPisa01
iCubPlymouth01
iCubPlymouth02
iCubRome02
iCubSeoul01

The mods have been done starting from the default XML file contained in the yarprobotinterface.ini file (i.e. icub_all.xml) The new files should be tested by the users.

Just removed R1SN000 commit since the architecture is different from iCubs; I'll add it to the PR related to other R1s

Files tested and fixed with XSD and XPATH

The following reports contain errors, but this is acceptable since these are robots w/o some parts iCubPlymouth02.txt
