As we have only dummies on ergoCubSN000, let's keep the new files but disable the FT services.

I commented out the inclusion of xmls of the ft sensors located in the hips since they are dummy right now https://github.com/icub-tech-iit/ergocub-software/issues/43#issuecomment-1422312202
