ergocubSN000: rename and remap fingers joints #435

After this change the names are renamed and remapped in this order:

l_thumb_add l_thumb_oc l_index_add l_index_oc l_middle_oc l_ring_pinky_oc

Yes It has been tested successfully on the robot! It is not very nice but it works
