Gazebo colors support #28

This PR includes the support of generating the XML blobs required to color links in Gazebo.

Right now, these edits cannot be tested on the setup provided by icub-model-generator (https://github.com/robotology-playground/icub-model-generator/issues/62), but it is possible using the Heidelberg model.
