Restore robometry in the windows ci #158

It is possible because now the conda packages of robometry are available: https://anaconda.org/robotology/robometry.

It fixes #156

The packages are available only for Linux and macOS, as we did not have Windows conda packages in 2022.05.1 , see https://github.com/robotology/robotology-superbuild/issues/1094 .
