Switch CI from miniconda to micromamba and remove homebrew #200

This PR addresses #198 and #199. (Additionally it cleans the the CI file)

Before merging I will clean the commits history.

I am waiting to fix the issue in https://github.com/robotology/human-dynamics-estimation/pull/371 before merging, since possibily the fixies there could avoid problems for this CI pipeline in the future.
