Import functions and remove deprecated in the WBC library #71

There are some functions that are sparse in the dic-iit github organization and that can be collected inside the library. This issue is for keep trace of the new functions that will be added.

Moved to next software upgrade as not necessary at the moment.

closing: it is an old issue and we are not planning to invest time on it at the moment
