Remove old ci workflow after adding Conda-ci #118

I don't find a way to remove an existing release or modify its associated commit.

Maybe we modify the description of the existing release and leave it as it is?

Since, it's only CI related, I think it's ok as it is.

I think we can leave as it is. If we want a new release, we can do v0.5.2, but I don't think it is necessary in this case.
