Adds a flag useSkinForContacts to enable/disbale using tactile skin information for updating contact locations and relevant forces
Compatible with the default behavior, useSkinForContacts set to true

Should I reintroduce the blanks/indents which were automatically deleted by KDevelop to keep it clean? Please let me know.
