The configuration written in the README is not aligned with the ini files #17

The configuration mentioned in https://github.com/robotology/yarp-device-ultrapython#23-the-ini-files appear to be the opposite with respect to the files in the ini folder: https://github.com/robotology/yarp-device-ultrapython/tree/c3caf6d9b2372dd40757d28e2d918179be4260d6/ini
