Since now FrameTransformContainer is in yarp::dev namespace, the clone
of the folder frameTransformUtils is not necessary anymore.
For the moment being, the xml files with the configurations for frameTransformClient and
server have been temporarily moved to a "resources" folder. This will
have to be changed.
