In deb packages's control file Section: devel should be Section: libs #413

In the .deb packages generated in https://github.com/robotology/ycm/pull/410 , in the control file the Section: is devel, while in old packages it was Section: libs. It may be possible that this changes creates problem when the packages are uploaded in http://www.icub.eu/ubuntu/ , so from next release it would be great if we could switch back to Section: libs.

No one reported problems, and the http://www.icub.eu/ubuntu/ has been sunset https://github.com/orgs/robotology/discussions/612 , so I think we can close this issue.
