Update Catch vendored files from v2.13.4 to v3.2.1 #422

Migration from Catch v2.13.4 to v3.2.1. This change probably triggers the release of YCM 0.15? @traversaro

The idea is to have: Yarp 3.7.2 <-> ycm 0.14.2 YARP 3.8 (to be released, currently master) <-> ycm 0.15

Given that this will trigger YCM 0.15, I moved the PR to point to master .
