Add a link in the Info documentation to UFO docs #689

Hi,

I always get confused on the Info page in the docs because it lacks the stuff that I actually usually use the info object for — setting and getting attributes.

Could we add something to the top of the docs that is a link to the UFO docs that is something like "For a list of info attributes, see the UFO documentation https://unifiedfontobject.org/versions/ufo3/fontinfo.plist/"

I would make a PR... but honestly how those docs are built are a mystery to me
