Disabled blocks #95

Please merge #87 First

Solves Issue #90

Blocks now will be disabled if they are not in any kind of handler block
all child blocks of the current stack will be disabled as well, since they aren't connected to a handler, too

Check:

- Drag and Drop a pair of blocks outside of a handler block
