Right now, the "Find nearest Enemy" block starts the "Enemy Event"-routine. -> Works pretty much like the "place marker"-routine.
Robot should "watch" the game passively and react to an enemy, not just actively search for one
Right now, all robots react to the "find nearest enemy"-block -> Should only affect the robot next to the enemy / the calling robot
For offensive gameplay, the player will be allowed to use the "find nearest enemy"-block to attack the enemies/ the enemies base
Global check requires update events, will be implemented by #33
Very much like the marker event, there is a separate event which is triggered if an enemy robot gets in the specified range of the robot
