Fix Folder COPY or switch to yarn start command

We're currently working on migrating our production environment to work with the contents of the deprecated wip/microservices branch (those services have been moved into their own repositories). Once we've migrated away from everything on the v2 branch, we might merge this, but for now, I'm closing this.
