Added configuration to use Travis CI #220

Because Travis CI is using maven 3.1 I had to upgrade Tycho version to 0.18.1. Build is running ok, but haven't tested in runtime if anything is going to break because of this change.

Also the compile fix #219 is included in this pull request.
