Add 2020 field image and configuration #162

This is handled identical to how previous years were, except for this year teams will need to access the entire field, so the field and image width were increased.

Unfortunately, this simulator will most likely go away for 2020 and be replaced by the WPILib HAL GUI, stay tuned.
