NetworkTables should be compatible with python 2? #15

Not sure if it's not, but something to think about. This would make it a useful library for anyone using it from the driver station who couldn't use python3 (for example, if you wrote your UI using PyGTK 2).

I would vote for this. in the off-season, my team used pynetworktables to communicate between a raspberry pi running an OpenCV (python 2.x only) script and the robot code on the cRIO.
