Slicer threads should now be completely thread safe
The memory leak is solved as slices are saved to disk
Slicer is much faster as some of the slowest VTK stuff (the slice polyline reconstruction) was replaced by numpy code
Some bugs with slice accuracy and model placement were solved
Some improvements to the GUI (tab sensitivities, automatic model/supports/slicer updates check if something has changed and the update is really needed, slicer restarts on build volume resize)
The slicer has seen some major improvements.
