Implementation of multi body stl handling and multiple base layers #21

This fixes #19 and #20

Slice images of multiple bodies of the same stl file now get combined properly. Also, in the Print tab there's now a number of burn in layers to be specified which may have an exposure time different from the standard exposure time.
