update grbl-servo to v1.1 #18

Hi robottini, grbl has updated to v1.1 I am developing a subject using grbl and I need servo support, however some new features in grbl v1.1 are also necessary. So do you have a plan to add servo support to grbl v1.1 or not? If so, please notice me, maybe I can help you.
