Create GCM RoboPod #75

I'd just like to point out that GCM got the largest number of votes in any category in the latest RoboVM poll, though I do realize it also had the fewest contenders. Push notifications apply to a huge amount of apps, and allowing all of them to go through a single provider would be a big win for cross-platform app development.

Edit: if this came across as demanding, it wasn't intended to be.

Haha @MrCharli3, RoboVM is dead. This is not going to happen.
