Add multiple movie folder and filename patterns #21

We currently suggest that the given example is the way to go but it actually isn't. One can freely choose how she/he names the files.. and we should suggest that by using multiple files with different names as examples:

The Godfather (1972).mkv (Also in line with the Plex Guidelines) The.Godfather.1972.BluRay.Scene.Release.Foo.mkv (Scene Name) godfather-1972.mkv (just a short name) ... + more

Also update the /video/movies/README.md to better reflect this

Related possibility, name for Plex but if the 'original' name of the file is relevant to your personal interests, create an empty (test?) file with the original name (minus the media type extension, to prevent confusion).

@oneirosFade that may work for single file scenarios, but you often have two versions of a movie or different quality files.. For most people the one-file with short-name does the job, but for me (or as an archivist) I'll probably preserve the full original name for every file there is. It's a good idea though, if you want to keep the original filename (I very much encourage that). Helps for re-labeling tv-episodes that are not in the "proper" order..

@fionera mentioned that the current folder pattern is not terminal friendly. It would be good to have a naming option (at least listed in the readme) that works without spaces and brackets.
