Add archive section #41

The archive directory can be used to store data used for archival or anything that otherwise doesn't accurately fit into the other top-level directories. The current sub-level directories to it aren't exhaustive, but they're some ideas based on the one I personally use

Highly recommend to add this directory as "Archives".

I will merge this now and apply some changes on top in master. The structure is mostly ok, so thanks a lot for contributing!
