Add a "Device Drivers" section in "Software" folder #46

Device drivers aren't operating systems and firmware and neither applications. They are sometimes more in number. It's a need to add the "Device Drivers" section in "Software".

I'm a bit confused. This PR only has the changes from my personal branch to be merged into master. If you want to add the 'Device Drivers' folder, you should start from the master branch and add it with a file there:

/root/software/Device Drivers/README.md

ideally with some details within the README on what the folder should include.

If you only want to propose a change for the filetree, simply open an issue --> https://github.com/roboyoshi/datacurator-filetree/issues/new
