Have laid out each file's transgressions when it came to the linter.

Even though the CONTRIBUTING.md, GitHub isn't allowing me to push to a temporary testing branch

Thanks for the linting here, some useful stuff, some things I don't see necessary. I'll check this once I have some more time to check. Keeping this open for the time being.
