Clean up the offshore report #9

Remove the columns offshore and complete. And try to arrange notes so that it's at the end of the document.

I removed the offshore column and moved the notes column on both reports pages. There is no complete column on the reports pages. Take a look at the new table look and let me know what you think. I might have to play around with the table lines more.

I also set this up to truncate table cells that are really long for notes and any of the cells with lists of names.
