Feature: See today's forecast for zipcode #16

Would be cool to have a feature or card on the homepage that lets a user visit a forecast for their zipcode for the current date.

This would probably coincide with the idea of adding query parameters to the url. i.e. map/date/?hour=hour&scope=zipcode
