Change classification to CWE #384

Fix classification by reformatting as in the following image: Screenshot from 2020-10-28 18-35-04 Use CWE: null if non-standard classification.

Depends on issue #383 (either 383 needs to be solved first to make this one easier to solve, or 383 will be solved one this one is solved)

After #403 is merged, we have all bugs either starting classification with "CWE" or containing "no CWE" which should make this refactoring easier.
