Update readmes in all forks to explain purpose of the fork #386

While writing the Infrastructure section, I was reminded that we initially meant to:

place a generic README file [in each fork] stating that this repository is part of the ROBUST benchmark, in order to reduce the likelihood of users accidentally forking it for regular development.

Just checked a few forks and I don't believe we've (consistently) done this.

Creating this issue to track it.
