Describe the bug

Robusta version: 0.15.0
Objective: Change the Robusta URL that is linked in the title of the alert, or disable it so that only the title appears.
Sinks: google channel

To Reproduce

Expected behavior The title of the alert should not come with any Robusta URL hyperlink or be able to change the URL to a custom one.
